The shipping times listed are estimates from our couriers. We do not process online orders on weekends or UK public holidays.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery.

Please be note that if an item isn't claimed, the delivery address is incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable for re-delivery, it will be returned to our depot. If you’d like the order to be redelivered, a re-delivery charge will apply.

By making a purchase from Milk and Honey Swim Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our UK Delivery terms.

UK RETURNS

14-Day Returns Policy

Milk & Honey Swim Ltd are committed to offering high-quality products and outstanding customer service. Your satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order via our returns process, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, liners and packaging intact. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

1.2. All items must be free of makeup, fake tan or marks/stains. Please take extra care when trying on if you wear fake tan and remove any jewellery that may snag.

1.3. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

2. How to Return 

You are responsible for the cost of your return shipping. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage with a tracking number and that the parcel is insured for the value of the items. We do not take any responsibility for lost parcels. Missing packages will need to be addressed with your chosen return courier. 

To initiate the returns process, please email hello@milkhoneyswim.co.uk with your order number and reason for return and we will provide you with the return information. 

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 10 working days for the money to be returned to your account.
